Destiny is a beautiful, very strong mare.  She is very safe and surefooted. Trained by Simone Guenter of Dusty Spur Ranch, Destiny got her basic training, “First Step” and trail experience in and around Scottsdale, Arizona.

Destiny has a clear, flawless flat foot walk and a very consistent foxtrot as well as nice smooth canter.  Destiny enjoyed her first summer with us in 2022 in Canada and did very well on the mountain trails of the Canadian Rockies.

Destiny is a superb trail horse and hopefully…. fingers crossed…. a soon to be mom!

Like her father Velvet’s Leonard, Emma is strong and courageous.  She is very curious and always very eager to play.  In the field and under saddle she demonstrates her natural athletic abilities and ground covering gait at all speeds.  Emma is a very loyal and kind mare – traits which are very common to the breed. Emma is not for sale as she expanding her training with some working equitation and being introduced to some classical dressage.

Known around the ranch as “Stella” she is a direct daughter of Southern Sunrise a two-time world champion and leading sire of world champions and world grand champions with the MFTHBA.  Stella is a very forward traveling mare with an extremely smooth gait, both at the fox trot and canter.  At 15.3 hands she is our tallest mare.  Having proved that she is an excellent mother she will be breed in the Spring 2023.

“Gracie” has the sweetest temperament and always willing to please. Beautifully put together, her gait and head shacking rhythm at the fox trot is spectacular.  She is very affectionate and loveable. Hard to scare, she is very sensible on the trail and always a willing and eager partner. Gracie is a super trail horse and recently found a new trail partner and is living in Stettler, Alberta.  We hope to see Bob and Gracie on the mountain trails soon.

Paolo is always ready to go.  Purchased from Miller-Ranch in Arizona as a two-year-old, Paolo was trained following a disciplined training program called Frist Step, Step 2 – the Basics and Step 3 – Fine Tuning.   Paolo has extensive trail experience having been ridden throughout the Rocky Mountains, Arizona and Utah including Monument Valley. Paolo is a thinker and always up to any challenge such as climbing a mountain – the more difficult the better.  He loves to please and prefers a job to do with an all-day work attitude and stamina to get it done. Paolo is not for sale.

Turbo is calm and never gets scared or hectic. You can ride him out alone or in a group at any position.  Although only 5 years old an average rider will have fun with him and will feel safe. Turbo is becoming a very good, well trained trail horse showing surefootedness and calmness in new situations.  He is very well balanced and coordinated. His confirmation is excellent, with well-structured correct legs.  Foaled at West Gait Ranch, Turbo received his training following the Miller Ranch “First Step” methods.  Final training will be completed this year.

Touchdown was our first MFT and was purchased as a two-year-old from Miller-Ranch located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Touchdown taught us much about this amazing breed and symbolizes what a great Fox Trotter horse is.  His sire, the late GMC’s Black Velvet passed to him his natural foxtrot, rhythm and beautiful headshake.   A very special horse and a truly outstanding luxury gelding ready for the trail, for the competition or even a parade.  Thank you, Miller-Ranch, for assisting us by making a video so that he could find his new home with Janet and Doug in Boise, Idaho.

Iceman and Rambo are brothers, sired by Sunrise’s Pale Rider – a majestic Cremello stallion who lives in Missouri, USA.

At one year of age, both palomino colts are already showing good natural gaits with lots of rhythm and easy-going personalities.

Iceman will reach a good size of 15,2 hands at least. Already an eyecatcher with his gleaming white main and tail and yellow body he is kind, calm and very receptive to learning.
